Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had to get our roof replaced because of a fallen tree from a storm back in March. The process was initially delayed through our insurance because our first contractor choice refused to take line items off of the claim that were unnecessary because they were trying to milk our insurance for extra money. Needless to say, our insurance company refused to budge and dropped them. We were then recommended this company so we agreed and we're glad that we did. They were very quick to come out to our property and gives us a much more realistic scope of work that aligned with the quote they gave us. It took less than a week after that before a crew was already sent out to our house to start the work. The whole crew worked hard, efficiently, and did beautiful work! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We had an amazing experience with Builders & Management Plus, LLC. My wife called to check on the roof of a house we recently purchased, which was still under warranty. They were incredibly kind and promptly came out to inspect it. Although it was just a minor issue with a slip of the shingles, they went above and beyond by sending a full team to redo the entire front of the roof. They also re-inspected the whole roof to ensure everything was perfect. The work was completed quickly, neatly, and with zero resistance. Their honesty, efficiency, and kindness truly stood out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. Fantastic team!

Top notch service from beginning to end. Got a quote right away, the price was more than fair, and they came out to do the repairs on my roof very fast. They noticed an area that I fixed myself years ago and it was the wrong color, they fixed that as well. Not only was it repaired professionally, they also made sure it was more secure and sealed better than it was before. Communication was smooth and easy.

These guys did a great job. They arrived early stayed late. They replaced my old slate roof from 1896. Tore off slates, redecked and shingles all in 1 day. Would highly recommend this company.

Our family recently experienced a fire that destroyed the entire rear of our home. After reviewing multiple contractors I selected Builders & Management Plus, LLC for a number of reasons, including; 1.) a detailed assessment of the damage that included a quote that broke out and clearly explained the work to be performed in each of the project areas (new windows, new siding, new gutters, painting, etc.), 2.) fair and flexible pricing that beat all other competitors, 3.) timely communication with excellent follow up that clearly answered my questions regarding my options, timelines, etc., 4.) relatively quick turnaround given the scope of the project and the materials that needed to be ordered. From Andrew who handled the assessment and quoting in a very personable and friendly manner, to Joe who did a great job project managing the crews while work was under way, to the crews who showed up ready to work no matter the rainy/windy conditions and kept a clean and organized job site, to Jose' who showed up on a Saturday and a Sunday to ensure that the interior painting was completed and looking good, to Chad who followed up with me personally a number of times throughout the project to make certain that his team was doing a good job...thank you for a job well done! We cannot say enough nice things about Builders & Management Plus and their team. From quotation to project completion, they were extremely professional and friendly. Joe was our Senior Project Manager and Chad was our project foreman & the owner. Both of them were extremely friendly, caring and understanding and they have an INCREDIBLE team of hardworking, friendly guys. They were able to complete replacement of both our barn and house roof in 1 day, and came back to do our flat roofs the next business day (because it was a different material). They were so careful, especially, with our barn because of our horses. They made sure no debris or nails fell into their paddock and they made sure to not only do the job right, but quickly on the side facing the paddock. We couldn't believe they completed both of our main roofs in one day and when they left, it was like they weren't here with how much care they took to clean up after themselves. Tarps were laid out and they walked around both the barn and house multiple times with their magnet rollers, to ensure they don't miss any nails. We couldn't believe the quality of work they provided, and their character, kindness and professionalism was top-notch and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof replaced. Since we had to replace both the roof on our barn and house, we received A LOT of quotes from companies big and small. Their quote was very reasonable and they took the time to explain everything on there, as well as answer all our questions honestly. Definitely call them!

BMP did an excellent job on our home from beginning to end. Owner and Sr. Project Manager, Chad and his team were amazing, the customer care and service that he provided went above and beyond what you would even expect from a company and his team. We have stayed in contact and still receive the same consistent service. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for siding or roofing projects. Our home is brand new and we are loving the finished product.

A huge thank you to Andrew, the phenomenal sales rep, who guided us every step of the way with genuine care and clear communication. And Chad, the owner, made us feel like part of his own family. They treated our home as if it were their own—that kind of integrity is rare. The crew showed up on time and knocked out the entire job in just one day—full tear-off, install, and complete clean-up. They even brought a special lift to reach over 30 feet off the ground, collecting every piece of waste so not even a single nail touched the ground. They used only the highest quality materials, including EPDM for the flat rubber roofing, and multi-decade guaranteed architectural shingles. They also installed top-notch water and ice shield, new drip edge, and even repaired and secured our gutters with new screws—completely free—as a courtesy. If you want a roofing company that is fast, clean, professional, honest, and genuinely cares about you, this is it. I’d recommend them a hundred times over. Don’t even hesitate—you’ll be in the best hands.
